Heard about a farmer who did this with his farm

I read about a farmer who put up a windmill and powered his farm vehicles off of compressed hydrogen, The article said he did everything himself and he only had an education up to junior high. (I know that doesn't make him dumb) he was a farmer thats what they do.

Seems to me that compressed hydrogen could be viable then.

I read that same article about 7 years ago or so, I think it was popular science.
